1. Right-click on the start menu and select [Computer Management];
2. Open and expand in the tree menu bar on the left: Services and Application Services;
3. Make sure that [XbOX Live Authentication Management], [XbOX Live Network Service], and [XbOX Live Game Save] are enabled normally. If it is not enabled, you can click Open All to start it and the problem will be solved.
