1. Right-click "My Computer" and select "Properties" to check whether the computer system is a 64-bit operating system;

2. Click the "win" button, find the word program, right click the word icon, open "More", find the "Open file location" option and click enter;

3. Right-click the word icon after entering, find the "Properties" option and open it, select the "Compatibility" button to check whether the compatibility mode is to run the program in compatibility mode;

4. If the compatibility mode does not select your own computer system, just click the drop-down to find your own computer system (you must choose according to your own computer system version).
