Use the shortcut key [WIN+X] to open the right-click menu item, select [Settings], click [Bluetooth and other devices] on the left side of the settings window, and click [Printers and Scanners (Preferences, Troubleshooting)] on the right side, click "Bluetooth and other devices", "Printers and Scanners" in turn, find and click "Printers that cannot print", click "Run the troubleshooter", and then follow the prompts to solve the detected problems.
