1. Check if the computer is silent. If it is turned on, click Cancel, and plug in the headset again to check if there is any sound;
2. Make sure the headphone jack is correct. The computer has two jacks, one is the audio output port, and the other is the microphone port;
3. Set up the Realtek High Definition Audio Manager. Enter "Control Panel" in the search box and open it, find "Hardware and Sound", then find "Realtek High Definition Audio Manager", find "Jack Settings" in the lower right corner of the manager, select "AC97 Front Panel" and confirm, and wait for the audio device to reload automatically.
