1. Can run the hardware and device troubleshooter;
2. Check Windows 11 updates. Click to open the Start menu, pin to the Settings app, select Windows Update to show the visible tab, click Check for Updates to let Windows look for available patches, download and install any Windows patch updates;
3. Newly install the touch screen driver. Open Device Manager, find and expand the Human Interface Devices category, right-click on the HID-compliant touchscreen and select "Uninstall Device", then select the Uninstall option. If you need to reinstall the touchscreen driver, click the Actions menu and select the Scan for hardware changes option.
